What do you mean ? The Glow-Effect ? light-reflections ? Etc ?

The mypaint brushes included in Krita can be of use.

Deevad’s Bundle 2023
Is a pack that can likely have a few brushes that can be tweaked to you needs

That’s pretty much a simple round brush with some occasional soft airbrush for blending/smoothing, but I’d say 90% round brush.

If you plan on doing line art try this eraser :
Use basic wet brush to erase parts of lineart

@DABurghardt We’re only allowed to post our own artwork here. I understand you’re looking for brush help, but this is not fair to the artists and these pics are most likely covered by copyright.

UPDATE: Yes, you’re correct to suggest adding the links.

That’s very kind of you to suggest, @URAVERAGEBOI but our guidelines are pretty specific:

Post Only Your Own Stuff

You may not post anything that belongs to someone else without permission.

Block quote are these pictures marked with KRITA?

Uh I’m pretty sure they are made in Krita. I think I recall him posting on reddit a piece he made in Krita that looked that good. It would also explain why so many have downloaded his bundle

I think it is okay to post links or images that other people made in this scenario, that is to know the technique or to discuss it. As it comes under fair use of copyright law. It is not allowed to post artwork by other people as your own or using images of other people which you don’t have a license to. In this case they can post images as long as they post original link and give attribution and specify that it is copyrighted.

I think we can make this clear in the rules.

I think these Artworks are made with a combination of techniques and not one brush. I can see airbrush or plain old gradient tool for the gradients and others can be achieved by basic brush with opacity . In one of the artwork I can see a brush that has hard edge on one side and soft edge on others like a slanted pencil.

I would advice you to try out different brushes from the default presets and test things.

@DABurghardt I’m sorry, you were ok to post these pictures. @raghukamath has confirmed it. We just need to post links and give attribution for each image.
