Hello folks, I opened a vector layer and use different drawing tools like “Bezier Curve Tool”, “Polygon Tool”, “Ellipse Tool” and others to draw on the vector layer. But when I try to zoom in, I could see the pixels of the drawing line which was not I wanted. May I ask why is that and what settings should I use to make it such that I could draw vector graphics using the drawing tools without blurring when resize?
It would be grateful to have your advice. Thank you!
BR,
Gala
Hi
That’s the normal behavior
Krita is a raster painting software; so when zooming you get the pixels as expected because you zoom on a raster projection of vector layer.
If you really need a vector render at any zoom level, you should use a dedicated vector software (like Inkscape for example)

Ok thanks a lot for your reply.
Zoom in != Resize
If you want to benefit from the resolution independence of vector graphics in Krita, you need to actually resize, i.e. ‘rescale’ the image. So after you’re finished with vector stuff, you go to menu Image > Rescale Image to new Size… and enter your target dimensions/resolution.
Preferably you should do this before adding pixel-related stuff like painting etc… Depending on what you’re adding, it could be good to use an intermediate resolution and only at the very end rescale to target dimensions.
