Type of device : Deco 01 V2
Brand and version of the device: XP-Pen
System: Windows 10
Version: 5.1
I either have no pressure sensitivity or the cursor is offset (it shows the cursor in one spot but draws in another). The sensitivity works if the cursor is off-set. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling my driver and krita, I’ve tried both tablet input API versions, I’ve done pretty much everything (yes I turned it off and on again) and nothing has worked.
Is there any scale other then 100% set in windows?
If you are using the newer xp-pen app make sure to properly set the full-area for the pen display and/or screen.
In Krita, Settings - Configure Krita - Tablet settings - WinTab/Windows Ink (you need to restart Krita for changes here to take effect), play with this and with windows ink in xp-pen on/off to see which combination works for you.
Turn off your device, unplug it from computer, unplug from the outlet, wait couple minutes, come back, plug it back and see.
Try earlier xp-pen drivers. I have a different xp-pen but the tech is about the same and it works fine other people also work with these devices fine so there’s likely something on your end which is causing you hickups. Keep going.
1: nope, the tablet doesn’t have a screen so that shouldn’t be an issue
2: yep, same resolution
3: nope it’s all 100%
4: yep, have done that too
I’ve sadly tried all the things you’ve suggested (my dad is an IT guy so I’m pretty decent with computers and was hoping someone could suggest something I haven’t done lol), but thank you
Is the offset a constant amount as you move over and around the canvas?
Is there an offset if you use the stylus to operate the menu/toolbar/toolbox/dockers, i.e. outside of the workspace area?
Have you created a specific profile for krita in the tablet setup/config utility - assuming that it has the facility to do that?
