Zoom by rightclicking Overview Window?

I’m a 6 year Medibang user and I’m wondering if its possible to use the Overview Window in a similar way to Medibangs, where all I gotta do is flick my mouse over the window, hold rightclick, and then move the mouse Up to zoom in, or Down to zoom out. It’s really simple and I love it cause I don’t have to Fiddle with any tiny bars or the set distances of the scroll wheel, and it puts my mouse close so I can make small adjustments as needed.

Is there a plugin that would allow me to do this? I’m still trying to set up some of my other keybinds, like the ones to let me quickly place a layer into the center or edges of the canvas

I don’t know if you can make the overview docker do this.

Personally I love zooming and rotating with the stylus (or mouse) by pressing its middle mouse button on the canvas in combination with shift or ctrl. Super smooth zooming, rotating and panning all with one button and it saves me another docker in the UI making my workspace less crowded as well as not having to move to the edge of the screen every time just to zoom which is a pain on my large display. Not what you asked for but perhaps you like this even better.

Like Takiro wrote, you can do zoom, pan, roatate directly on the canvas with mouse or pen.

Settings for shortcuts are in:
Menu → Settings → Configure Krita
