Hi! I think the rendering is really nice and high quality. The effects and the light are really good.
In case you were looking for more specific feedback:
To take it to the next level from here, I would try to improve the body anatomy detail and add more volume and 3D-ness in some places, especially the hair. One thing that stands out to me is that her build is really bulky, although it could have been the intention. I would try to make her shoulders and neck a bit leaner and defined.

At first glance it looks like Takagi-san’s character, but it turns out that Takagi’s forehead is wider than this.
