Unfortunately, it kiiiinda does. The combination of rules requiring everything to be blurred all the time and the broken “do not blur NSFW” profile setting means that users have to really go out of their way to see anything marked NSFW. (And on top of that, the NSFW rules are super strict here. Moreso than any other art community I’ve been a part of, anyway.)
I made a little tutorial on how to un-break the “do not blur NSFW content” setting, which at least helps a bit for people who want to opt-in to seeing those images in the all artwork list. But even that process is a little annoying, admittedly!
