@zz_j_6 If they decide that it is not suitable to be appended, then please add a post to @wolthera’s Text Tool Thread, in which you first describe briefly but exact the Text Tool issues with the Krita version used before you switched to 5.3.0 nightly (and which exact version number that was), and also which version of operating system you use.
Please, as the next thing, describe the issues you face with the 5.3.0 nightly you use, and in case you face further issues with upcoming nightlies, then please report them to that topic too when you experience them.

To report a bug, you must register at https://bugs.kde.org/ to gain access to the “KDE bug tracking system”, i.e. “KDE’s bug tracker”. Where can I find the new 5.3 beta versions when they become available?

When the time comes for Krita 5.3.0 to enter the BETA phase, it will be announced here in the forum and the topic will be pinned globally to the forum, as it is currently with the Krita 5.2.3 BETA. I don’t know how long it will take / when Krita 5.3.0 will reach the BETA phase.
