Any brushes to get that thick paint look?

Hi!,

I’m very new to krita and want to test its thick paint / impasto brushes. I have some brushes that are more or less what I want (They are called RGBA-web.bundle and I took them from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cGaVQaFI64k ). They look and feel good but the problem is that I can’t get them to transfer the needed thickness to the stroke. I want to achieve something like the picture below. If you have a look at the white part of the bird head it has some strokes with big a big amount of paint. Can I get something like this with these brushes I downloaded or others?

Rotating light brushtips WIP

[Example strokes] [Example painting] Some experiments with animated RGBA brushtips, made using a rotating light in Blender. Rotation set to Drawing angle in Krita. gih export with the first dimensions Selection mode set to Angular. That way the light directions stays roughly the same, regardless of brush stroke direction. A limitation with this setup is that it doesn’t work correctly when the canvas is mirrored. Workaround by activating the mirror sensor in the Brush Editor. [blender noodle…
