Have you been doing work on your new computer to create custom resources such as custom tags and assigning them to brush presets?
If so, a full migration (which is very easy) will overwrite any new configuration-settings and recently created resources on your new computer.
If you haven’t made many such changes on your new computer, it may be a good idea to do a full migration of the old computer settings and resources, then carry on from that known and familiar environment on your new computer.
