Docker size

why I can not make the dockers smaller than this.
my monitor resolution is 1366x768, is this is the reason?
if anyone know the solution, please tell me

Some dockers can’t be made smaller than that, they have a minimum-size. If you want to make that smaller, then try to remove the overview docker, or make it floating instead of docked.

isn’t there any other solution?

I think there is a reason that some dockers have a minimum size. If some dockers have a minimum size that you can’t go below, you can close them, or you can make them floating, those are the options, that’s all you have. And I myself wouldn’t find it tragic if a docker were to float if it would give me the space I need. But you have to decide what you think is the best solution and use it.

Most Dockers have a minimum size to make sure all the important stuff fits into them and don’t get too small to interact with them anymore. Back in the days when I only had a really tiny screen, I used Krita’s “Canvas only Mode” a lot.

I’m not getting any solution, and also I need this workspace as well.
I saw many others that there docker are smaller than mine.

I also used that, but in a very fast workflow, I forget to do so.

This could also be a perceptual illusion if the others are using larger monitors than you, monitors with higher resolutions.

that’s very bad

I have the same resolution as you, in my case the dockers look more compatible, maybe it’s because you have a lot of dockers stacked, I don’t know if it’s the reason of course but it could be that.

In the same way, working in canvas only mode with some plugins is better, in my case I mostly work like this, it is very comfortable because of all the space, more if I use references.

Here are the two add-ons that I mostly use for this:

The layers docker is the same width in your screenshot as it is in the first post. Its minimum width is 258px (regardless of screen size).

I see, I think I saw it wider because it has the toolbar behind it, could that be modified so that the docker of the layers can be smaller?

That is, the minimum imposed by Krita.

I liked it.
But, as I said before,
