Hi, I tested older versions and seems like v4.4.5 is the last one to support MacOS 10.12.
Is is possible to use the latest Krita for MacOS 10.12, or is the site’s system requirements info wrong?
I’m on mac 10.14 and have the same question.
Looks like it was changed to require 10.13 to support Python scripting:

Please start and create your topic, instead of wasting your and our time searching the forum and writing one or two sentences under each halfway suitable or not suitable topic! And so far non topics you dug out fits your problem.
Krita works on macOS as of this build number, if it did otherwise this forum, Twitter, Matrix[dot]org, etc. would be flooded with complaints. Your build number is also one of the supported builds, so your statement here doesn’t fit at all - like the others you made.
