Fatal Error, Krita shutting down

To transfer resources (brushes etc.) and the configuration you need the krita files from roaming and local.

Futhermore: There seems to be an issue in the current Krita version that causes errors if Krita can’t find a resource (e.g. a brush) in the file system which is listet in the database.

So, on top to the information in the linked thread:

• Stop Krita.
• Delete the Krita files in local and roaming on your new PC (like you did already)
• Copy the Krita related content of local and roaming from your old PC to your new PC:
• Go to the roaming folder
• Delete the file resourcecache.sqlite
• Start Krita

EDIT:

If your username for the new PC is different from your username of the old PC, you need to alter one file in your local folder.
