I’m a new user. I have Krita on a Galaxy Tab S7+. I’m trying to figure out how to make a specific brush work as seen at 1:53 in this video Painting a Field - Free brush-set - YouTube
It’s for drawing grass on a thank you card. I downloaded their brush pack but it looks like the abr file can only import an image to be used with other brush types. Sorry, I really don’t know a way to do this and any help is greatly appreciated.
Hi @NoArtSkills - Welcome to the forum.
Since you’re new to Krita, I recommend you don’t watch any tutorials that are not made for Krita. And, for sure, don’t try to install non-Krita brushes. There are ways to partially make abr brushes work but that’s going to be very difficult for you since this is all new stuff you’re learning.

Thank you! I will take a look into these now. I just happened to find the other brushes as they were from a video that I really liked and they offered multiple file formats. None specific to Krita though. Thanks again for the help!
