How do i save my Krita files for a fresh install?

Basically speking I tried to install some shady software and windows says it has removed everything but i know i can’t be 100% sure unless i re-install it, i plan to do it still this or next week. But to save the hassle and headache is there any way for me to save all of my configs to a flash drive or a extrenal ssd/HD so i can just bring that back to the original folder position and have everything in place?

Things like the .Kra files it’s quite easy but i’m more concerned about the rest, my layout, my configs, my hotkeys.

Be careful not to accidentally bring infected files over to your fresh installation and compromise it again.
