Answer: You can’t and it’s not supported in driver software.
Given that the tilt function is a bit hit and miss, I was looking for a way to just disable it globally, and I eventually asked customer support if there’s a feature like this. Sadly, there isn’t and the only workaround is to disable it in the painting software itself.
As far as I know, there’s no easy global toggle in Krita for it right now, it has to be toggled off in each individual brush, which is a bit of a bummer.
(I thought I’ll make a topic like this, in case anyone is looking for the same information).
Krita has the global Pen Pressure enable/disable as an icon on the toolbar or as a keyboard shortcut if you want one.
If you make a Feature Request for a global Pen Tilt enable/disable then that may be easy to implement.
The Pen Pressure is treated as being at 100% when the stylus signal is disabled.
What should the Pen Tilt be treated as if it was disabled?
I think it should just be 0/0 x/y tilt if it’s disabled. Probably implementing it is well within my ability, although I’m not sure if others would find this useful. AFAIK some other brands have this option in the driver software.
