krita ui looks so messy and cramped up especiall on my 13.3 inch drawing tablet so i need to make my ui look like procreate and clean like this
A 4-finger tap will toggle canvas-only mode for a completely clear painting area. You will need to customize the settings for canvas-only mode inside Configure Krita as the default settings leave the menu at the top.
I have mine set to remove everything except the top tab (displays the current document name and clean/unclean status) and the toolbars which I have customized to include all the tools I frequently use.
There is no way to make it look like Procreate but there is canvas-only mode and you can undock, hide and move dockers around as you wish and save different workspaces to quickly switch between them.
um not on andrioid, I’m in windows 11
I downloaded the plugins ![]()
Clicking a Tab gives you the exact same thing (Canvas-only mode) as four point finger tap. Android and Windows versions of Krita are the same except for all the little details that Android make harder to use. There is no plugins on Android, and I think there are some problems with ffmpeg or accessing resources directories. But if something works on Android, it almost certainly works on Windows too, though it might have a keyboard shortcut instead of touch input (or rather, both exist in both versions, but you might not have four finger tap on Windows or a keyboard on Android).
@sharxxy If you’re not on Android why in the world did you tag your post with Android and upload a photo of a tablet?
Now I see. This was mistakenly edited to be an Android question in the mobile category.
Thanks for letting me know, @Michelist.
@sooz: I tagged it with Android, additionally, and because of the tablet oriented question, I did move it from Resources > Plugins into Mobile & Tablets platform and Takiro moved it further into Basics & Interface., which also fits.

It was originally tagged as android before I moved it from the wrong developer category to support. I didn’t change the tag. Perhaps something went wrong because multiple people edited it at the same time.
Maybe you should read my posts from time to time?
