I feel like I was at least starting to get the hang of the “digital”-style brushes with my last one, so I wanted to hit the other end of the brush spectrum and try the Memileo Impasto Brushes for this one.
I really only wound up using the 01 Brush - Flat Tip here, though. (I might have played with one of the knives a bit in the background, too. I can’t remember.)
In any case, using a “wet” brush like this definitely took some getting used to! The way it mixes with the paint already on the canvas, etc. But it was really fun, and it felt great to paint with.
Definitely looking forward to using these brushes more!
