Individual dockers toggleable with hotkeys

This is simply the ability to toggle individual dockers with hotkeys. The functionality is already present from Settings > Dockers.

The desired workflow is a completely blank UI (only canvas) feels like a traditional painting without distractions, then popping open a docker here and there as needed then closing it, or leaving it for a bit then quickly open and close a second one without disturbing first.

There is a workaround setup that I can do, sort of, but it doesn’t feel nice and given how simple this sounds I doubt that it will need much effort.

I like your idea, @corvian, but I think we already have a feature request for this.

Please look at the link below – if this captures your idea, we need to close this new feature request you made and then you can add your vote to the existing feature request.

Let us know what you think.

I already looked at that topic and did not find my requested functionality there.

OK. We’ll leave this one here. Remember to vote for your request (if you still have votes remaining).

Not same but could be suitable /meet similar fubction

Hi Corvin, my suggestion has some similarity to your request. See the image. This can enable almost blank canvas with some on screen hot keys to float in dockers as required (this could be hot key based too but main aim was for touch screen device with no keyboard)

Or maybe i have misunderstood you

My workflow is entirely hotkey based, so it’s not the same. I have my entire keyboard bound to something. This is the last thing I am missing.
