Ink Pen (CSP-like)

I extracted it to my brush folder and then imported it using the “import resource” menu in Krita. Was I not supposed to extract it?

Unpacking is correct, but I asked because we have seen the most crazy actions and wanted to be sure you did that right.

Try restarting Krita two times, if that not brings it up then please report back naming your OS, your version of Krita and from where you got your version of Krita.

By the way, in the case you tried importing it via FileOpen:
Not bundled resources are installed into Krita via Settings >> Manage Resources... where you have to click on the button Import Resources and then browse to and select the resource in question, click on okay, or however a selection is confirmed with your file manager, and the resource is installed. In seldom cases, you may need to restart Krita afterward, but usually you can use the resource right away.

ok thanks ill try it

cant find the brush even tho i installed it correctly

Have you set a filter in your Brush Presets Docker?

Also, did you follow my advice to restart Krita two times?

If you did install it according to my advice, have set up your Brush Presets Docker the way I show it above in the screenshot?

After importing, I just closed and rerun Krita, and the brush showed up. You won’t find it among the bundles. You have to select “All”, and there you will find the brush named “d) Ink Pen Texturized”.

Although, I hope you’ve found the brush long ago. Just writing the reply incase some else going throught the same issue.
