Sorry, but I have to admit that I don’t have an idea to help you with this issue, although I have an idea where its cause could or will lie.
I suspect this is caused by the Android add-on Harmony OS, so the OS-Extension upon the underlying Android, something I just recently wrote in another topic where strange behavior was reported.
And so, without having any idea or seeing any way to solve the problem you described, I can give you the link to the post I mentioned, whose statement is even reinforced by the technically skilled creator of the topic, but otherwise I have to leave you without any ideas and hope that someone who knows the answer will see this topic. Unfortunately, without actually having any hope that this will happen.
The only hope I see here is that @Drawpile, our Android developer, might recognize something here that I overlooked. And so you’ll have to wait and see when he finds the opportunity to address your problem during the current holiday season, without promising that he can solve it; it’s just a last resort. The way his name is mentioned, preceded by the @ sign, will inform him, so you don’t need to contact him separately.
In any case, I am increasingly frustrated by this type of innovation, which is solely and exclusively designed to generate more revenue but does not really benefit the user community.
