I tried krita vector, but it is difficult, so I prefer to work with it in affinity.

I am also learning vector but in inkscape, previously I was comfortable using adobe illustrator (but for me it was expensive).

Adobe… yes, that’s what I learned too, but affinity photo, designer and publisher are a hundred times better. A big update is coming on November 9, but although affinity is not a monthly fee, you have to pay for it. At Christmas and on holidays, you can get them 50% cheaper and I did the same. Inkscape is also a bit more difficult for me, but it’s also very good. Unfortunately, affinity photo is not as strong in drawing as photoshop, something is not so good with brush handling, that’s why I bought an annual adobe fresco subscription for a few euros on the iPad when I’m on the road, because unfortunately there is no krita :frowning:

For Vector, there’s tutorials on YouTube about how to do it in Krita. I do vector in Krita a bit differently (I learned it not only in Inkscape but also from Infinite Design on Android.)

I put together two pdf’s about how I do it. If you’re interested, let me know.
(My successful vector piece is here in the forum, a Vector Rosebud, also the w.i.p.)

Interesting, I will look for it first and watch it later.

This one, right? Checking out Krita's Vector capabilities... Rosebud in Vector
Thanks for the suggestion, i will try it after finishing some of my WIP :kiki_love:

So here’s my tutorial post:

I hope it’s understandable. It’s the way I like to do it.
