There is something wierd with performance for RGB profiles modes on windows build, for some unknow reason dev builds (even without my commits, even with release flags and enabled opts) work with most of color spaces (especially with v4 like adobe RGB or sRGB built-in) too slow, so try different modes. For example, sRGB-srgbtrc works fast for me. Still trying to research this issue. (android build in the same cases works fast as supposed).
Try please __c7 build, it has small fix, it should be faster for all RGB modes and color profiles.
