Hello,
I just installed Krita on my little sister Surface Pro laptop and she isn’t able to change the pen sensitivity. I enabled Windows Ink and this doesn’t help. Using the pen tester, I can see that Krita get mouse event and not touch event 
But when using the Microsoft sensitivity tester I can see that the sensitivity works. So I’m not sure where the problem is. (I’m not familiar with Windows)
Any suggestion to fix this problem?

I have a Surface Pro 7, and Krita works fine on mine.
I have a few suggestions you can try, but I’m not sure if they will help or not!
Try changing around these settings: “Settings” → “Configure Krita”
(Might need a restart)
If that does not work, maybe try to remove your pen from Bluetooth, and then add it again with Bluetooth? I fixed my eraser button not taking screenshots doing that, so maybe it can help with other things?
