This is a piece I just labored over for probably wayyy to long as I found myself making more and more mistakes and having to fix them…
I think I finally got it sorted…
This is Mako… The name Mako itself is japanese, and Unisex, meaning the one who is true or sincere…
In this piece, Mako is modeled after a modern geisha reference photo and placed in an environment created in MidJourney AI… The Japanese Kanji is Mako, Love or “sincere love.” In the piece there is hand written text displayed in front of her as if she is reading from a document or reciting in her mind a poem… This poem is, I Swear from Rumi who was a Farsi/Iranian Mystic very famous for his poems… It reads as this…
I swear, since seeing Your face,
the whole world is fraud and fantasy
The garden is bewildered as to what is leaf
or blossom. The distracted birds
can’t distinguish the birdseed from the snare.
A house of love with no limits,
a presence more beautiful than venus or the moon,
a beauty whose image fills the mirror of the heart.
Sounds, like large parts of the picture weren’t made with Krita.
Or are AI generated pics okay when the AI-Plugin has run in Krita?
As I pointed out in the thread about AI generated images, in my eyes these images lack everything that constitutes art, thus I question can such images then be displayed here in the finished artwork section? Personally, I am more than against this, I reject this from the bottom of my heart.
But is it only my point of view?
May it be that we need a new category for these kinds of pictures?

Please edit your post to remove any mention of physical violence and also be polite in your language. @Michelist stated his opinion and did not in any way reply in bad faith from what I see. Consider this your first warning. Repeating this type of behaviour in the forum another 4 times will invite permanent ban.

May be a caching issue. I can see the image without any issue. May I ask you to check the firefox console to see if it gives any blocked images. We can discuss this issue in private message so that we do not pollute this topic.
You statement has been made in bad faith and has physical harm mentioned in it which is complete violation of the Code of Conduct of the forum, which you should have read while joining. Sorry but this will count as second warning.

Lol okay bro… Just go ahead and ban my account then… I really don’t care… If someone told you the last 15 hrs of your life didnt matter because you used a tool to do something and you shouldn’t have credit for your work because of it, and you defending that some how didn’t matter… then i wouldn’t want to be a part of whatever individual or organization who was doing so… THATS bad faith…
I am once again asking you to calm down and be polite. This is not a way to conduct yourself in a public space. We all have fallen for this problem of rage at one time or the other. if you think what @Michelist said is wrong there are better ways to convey your feeling than the messages you posted. You are angry I get it but you need to calm down and put forth your point without personal attacks.

You don’t think someone saying i suggest this be moved from finished artworks isn’t a personal attack? and isn’t bad faith? Yes those things are opinion but are baseless…
I didn’t post an AI generated piece of art and call it a finished works… Do i need to show the layer stack and how big the file is? its over 6 gigs…

There will be people with whom you may disagree, or find it difficult to cooperate. Accept that, but even so, remain respectful. Disagreement is no excuse for poor behaviour or personal attacks.
Thank you. And you are absolutely free to agree or disagree to anything. One member stated their opinion about AI art they did not say you did nothing or they not even mention anything about the efforts you put. If you read carefully there is a question in the comment about how much of it was done in krita. As our policy we need the artwork to be done majorly in krita.
Rest of the comment is about how @Michelist feels about AI art. He also states it is his point of view which you can ignore. He has not attacked you in any way in the comment. He also suggests that may be we need a category for these type of images.
Im talking about Michelist challenging that it even be considered finished because of techniques done with it… my entire comment that was flagged defending myself is what got this thread to where it is now because of his initial remarks…
IF that was because HE as well could not see an image, then I will admit my reaction is in the wrong… But I do not thing he could not see the image… at this point it doesn’t, matter…
If you think about hte fact I moved it to the #lounge, it was because I didn’t see the artwork (as you can see in my screenshot), not because I consider it not finished…
This is an usual action we do when users post in Finished Artworks without the artwork (and as i didn’t see anything, i though the artwork was missing, sorry)
