My screenshot explains the error pretty well but basically i did everything you said to do but it led me to that error :((
Your screenshot actually tells us very little â nowhere near enough to help you. Which of the links did you choose for the download? After downloading the file, which import method did you choose to bring the .bundle file into Krita? Did you use Manage Resource LIbraries or Manage Resources?
Sorry for the stupid screenshot haha! I chose the pling.com link and i didnt get the bundle at all , it dosent appear in the goole chrome dowloads tab thing or an of my system folders
Again, exactly where did you get stuck? Did you make the 3 clicks on pling? If you donât do all of them, youâll never get the download, but that still doesnât explain that odd screenshot.
That screenshot looks like an attempt was made to download some web page data itself.
If you go to the link given in the first post, youâll see everything as described by @Sooz.
Itâs not the most obvious or simplest download website page Iâve seen but it works.
Maybe you can upload a screenshot of what you actually see in the browser when you follow that link?
I had never done oil painting traditionally (bc iâm a perfectionist) but these brushes are just great! The strokes are especially so realistic! thank you for making them!
Hello @aJ_13th and welcome to the forum
That is a nice painting of an avocado.
You can post it in your own Finished Artwork topic if you like.
Hey there!
I have just discovered your brush pack about a week ago, and Iâve finally got around to try and paint something with them. I have not finished a painting in over 2 years (health issues, personal trouble, etc.) and Iâm super happy with how this turned out!
The brushes are amazing! Thank you for making them available to the community.
Next video in Krita´s YT channel will be covering this amazing bundle.
I will share some tricks to get the best of this amazing bundle without too much effort and where to apply each brush.
I have started to analize the bundle deeply so stay tuned
Just an study,
I will go step by step painting this type of portrait (mabe with a surprise )
or do you prefer something easier? just let me know
I would personally like see something complex rather than an easier one but thatâs just my preference, both would be awesome, this brush set is one of my favorites, looking forward to this video!
Super duper! I would love to learn more about using this incredible bundle.
Whether it is complex or simple, such a video would be awesome.
Why not both?
Haha, yes âbothâ would be great (being greedy here).
Definitely I feel a slightly in-depth video would be much appreciated, hopefully it doesnât put people off but there are 100s of short attention grabbing â11 art issues to avoidâ, â7 techniques to improveâŚbla blahâ on YouTube, something going into detail on these brushes would be a breath of fresh air!
My vote is for hard over easier! - its more difficult to find intermediate to advanced tutorials generally but it is much needed xD
Iâm always glad to see more coverage on the memileo brushes because they really push Krita to the next level - RGBA tech is amazing (´・⢠ᾠâ˘ď˝Ą`)
Thank you very much
Bro666 downloaded what appeared to be an empty bundle into an Arch repo of Krita.
I had the same problem using Krita 5.1.5 on opensuse. So I downloaded the appimage (5.2.?), and the bundle showed up. Krita crashed while I was testing the brushes. It just closed with no warning at all.
Then I mistakenly (so I thought) started the older Krita using my keyboard shortcut, and the bundle was there! Like magic.
Go figure.
@NotBob There are several comments in this thread about not using the repo version - Arch is specifically mentioned. So youâre on the right track to have used the appimage from Krita.
@emilm Did you see Wesley Gardnerâs latest video using your bundle? https://youtu.be/he3MP4Gj4Ug?si=1ABRkIzVEpdJMzKk
