Thanks for the merge @sooz Regarding the circle idea. I prefer the squares, because the thin circles don’t give a good impression of the color when viewed from a distance to the display. Especially when using the blend function, a thin circle won’t help much to see slight color changes.

Seems so, it will be a circle. I fear, if it is a thin one, it will not work well, when using the picker preview for blending purposes. Hopefully they make it thick enough, so it is possible to percive the old and the new color side by side.
