*****mn @Elixiah… that’s so gold…
OK I guess we have our next winner (again…)
Congrats, I’m impressed by the patience required to reach such a level of realism! ![]()
This is amazing! The detail is incredible! Great work as always.
That has to be the most wonderful thing I have ever seen. I almost thought it was an actual photo, almost blew my mind. That is definitely one of the greatest pieces of art I have ever seen. Hats off to you. Most excellent ![]()
beautiful work
Honking* and blowing the horn, you two rock the show, your pictures are more than impressive, for me, they are out of this world! Awesome!

@Artist78 Oh my goodness, thank you. I don’t know what to say ![]()
What a stunning piece!! And the perspective! Love it
that is very beautiful, I like the angle of it,
@Elixiah you’re most welcome. I hope to one day be that proficient and skilled as you are.
@Artist78 I’m happy to help you with any questions you may have. I’m not as proficient in Krita as some of the other artists in this group, but I’m willing to help all I can. ![]()

Wow. Looking fabulous ![]()
That looks beautiful ![]()
My first submission: “Nailed It”
Used some ink brushes for the nail and its shadows, blurred the shadows and set the layer opacity of the shadows down a bit. For the background (wood and wall) I used some RGBA brushes and a slight blur filter.
Edit: The shadow was too fat. Hope it looks better after the diet.
My second submission is called “Tread Plate”:
Used a pencil (brush) for the treads, a gradient fill layer as a base, a pattern fill layer (overlay) and a colour fill layer (low opacity) for the steel look.
Thank you so much for the encouragement!
Thanks @Elixiah.
In my mind I am sitting under a tree on a mild day, reading a book and occasionally glancing over at the rusting car thinking “I should do something about that”. Then going “Nah”, and returning to my book.
One of several representations of the horn of Aegir, one of the ancient relics of the Brotherhood.
(From the lore we created with some friends for a role-playing game a long time ago.)
another work for the challenge.
One last paint, this time taking a real model. a silver vessel.
This month has lots of super submissions. Good luck everyone
