Hi @sksource - You can change your submission as many times as you like, right up until the deadline. No worries. Also, since this is your interpretation, if you don’t want Kiki to have a tail that’s perfectly alright.
Love this!
And here’s the finished illustration! Got it done this month while I still could! Phew!
The concept probably doesn’t come across very well—overly enthusiastic acting transforms an otherwise dull and dark stage into something fantastical. But I still had a log of fun inking and coloring it!
I uploaded a timelapse of the whole process to my Mastodon ![]()
I love your style, your drawing is amazing! ![]()
I have also forgotten to draw a tail before.
So I too was relieved when I saw that others said it was not necessary to match.![]()
Thank you very much! I pretty much just wing everything I draw; wish I could reproduce any one style consistently to call my own ![]()
I didn’t have time to draw this month, but I still wanted to put my idea on paper so I made a really rough sketch. I was inspired by the dragon boat from The Wind Waker, so instead I made a horse boat, and instead of Link with his wind waker baton, it’s Kiki with a pen. ![]()
I had no time this month to complete my entry before the deadline. I’m sharing the only progress I did since the last time: a sort of line-art. I might finish it one day. ![]()
A lot of marvelous entries this month. Bravo to all the ones who finished their artworks in time, and good luck for the results! ![]()
I went on a family holiday for a few days and was really tired when I came back so I haven’t done any progress on mine and I’m not going to able to finish it in time. It was going to be Kiki riding in a black and white background, trailing coloured pixels behind her to colour where she’s been.
There are so many great entries though so I look forward to seeing them all once submitted. ![]()
See y’all on the next challenge!
@Sketchy They’re all posted if you want to give your vote (it closed last night).
