Multibrush Copy Translate Save Config/ Generate positions on grid

So I found this:

It would be nice to have an ability to store Multibrush tool’s configuration, similar way we can store gradient or any other options. So this way for instance for Copy Translate type we can create and save brush positions and reuse them later. Multibrush presets. I would call them

Has this been added to 5.1 yet?

Also any way with Copy translate with Multibrush, can a grid be used to generate positions of the brushes? Say I want to generate brushes using the Multibrush copy translate here:

Maybe a script or plugin that can do this?
