Current thinking behind it is probably to have a separate action for all of these. ‘Show color selector’ (shift + i) for the wheel, ‘show color history’ (H) for color history, and ‘show minimal shade selector’ (shift+n) for those sliders. But it would make sense to have just one tool with these tools you didn’t hide in the settings. Though I still wish the most just for some aesthetic redesign as I stated here.
