Not because it is not possible in Krita, simply as before I drew Raster type art, I spent alot of time in Inkscape. The wall textures and floor were done with Inkscape and then used as a texture in Krita. I believe it is very possible with the G’mic plugin to tile portions of sketches — I forgot how to do it!

I know, the stuff I draw is all over the place. Perhaps someday I will settle down and focus on a specific “Theme” of stuff to draw.
