PNG is a format that is used exclusively to preserve the transparency of unused pixels on the canvas. It is primarily a technical format for working with text or logos. Perhaps your image is made in semi‑transparent tones, and when you open it for viewing, the background shows through the image and reduces its brightness. Try creating a layer under the image and filling it with white or black, then save it as a PNG and check the result.

Возможно у вас рисунок выполнен в полупрозрачных тонах и когда вы открываете его для просмотра то фон просвечивает через рисунок и гасит его яркость. Попробуйте создать слой под рисунком и залейте его белым или черным, потом сохраните его в PNG и посмотрите на результат.

Wet shirt mean transparency… so I do need to make the tatoo properly this time. And also the back one (even it’s will be not used that does help a bit).
