Hello @Mack-Jasper, and welcome to the forum!
You can use the Krita plugin “Blender Layer - Live 3d View in Krita” to help you with this. It’s not Puppet Warp, but I think it will still be a good support. Some training is required, especially in Blender if you don’t know it, but if you are familiar with Krita, Blender and the plugin interacting, then you can work with it within certain limits.
Get one of the free 3D figures available, or several different ones if you like, load them into Blender and bring them over to Krita using the plugin.
I got myself a small basic set with a simple art-model*, especially for the needs of artists, as well as an anatomically correct human body model (hoping I’ll learn figurative representation someday, I just have to practice, practice, practice), a mannequin**, a wolf***, a dragon***, a tree, various objects, head models and so on.
And there is significantly more free Blender material on the net. For example, on CGTrader****, Free3D*****, BlenderKit******, TurboSquid*******. The page All3DP******** has published a current list with the 15 best websites in 2023 for downloading free Blender models, as a short google search offered me as the first hit, but I can’t tell you anything about the offer of the presented sites.
Of course, you can also create your own models and objects or spend money to buy them.
The plugin “Blender Layer - Live 3d View in Krita” can be found here:
My simple art-model, by JAXMP looks like this:

*by JAXMP, is available under the license “Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License” for download at Deviant Art, where you would need an account to download it.
But, because the license allows it, you can also download it, for free and without mandatory registration, from my cloud storage. A copy of the download page in PDF & HTML format as well as a copy of the “Creative Commons - Attribution 3.0 Unported - CC BY 3.0 license” in its human-readable version and a copy of the full license “Creative Commons Legal Code - Full License Text” in PDF, HTML & PNG format, is included:
**The mannequin I once downloaded from Renderpeople, there are even more free models there nowadays, meanwhile in much better quality:
