I have to ask. Are you actually using all of your brushes in your work? Over the years I ended up keeping the brush count I use as minimal as possible for the style I’m going for.

I found a brush in your set that simulates a look I’ve been searching for a long time :). If you ever saw the gestures by Ryan Woodward, e.g. https://ro.pinterest.com/pin/948992952704153208/, I tried replicating that charcoal tool. I think your softer version is much better.

Here’s an example of your rpc) Loose vs my ugly h) Charcoal

NSFW (nudity)

I’m actually going to remove some of my brushes from my pack because and replace them with some of yours in my sketches

Thanks for the set!

Thank you for the kind words! I use a handful of them for about 95% of what I do, and for effects, polish or other things I use a wider variety of them.

As of right now, these are my “mains” I use 95% of the time

These are the brushes I use in current artwork for more flavour, this wheel changes depending on the artwork/period

and then a handful of the others from time to time

Ryan Woodward is indeed the inspiration for that brush. I sometimes have some of his works on my inspiration board when doing gesture drawing! I’m so happy to hear that!
Your "h) Charchoa also look good! I just have a soft spot for soft brushes - no pun intended
rpc_Loose is actually one of the ones I use more commonly

These are fantastic looking!! :star_struck: So glad to see the brushes used in such a cool way

Hello!!!

I have tried some of your brushes from this pack and I must say I have fallen in love with them   !!!

The texture is so soft and great :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:!!!

The only doubt I have is this brush, on the cover of the brush, you notice that it leaves a kind of painted with a small outline, however, when I try to test it, nothing else leaves me the outline with nothing inside.

So, could it be a problem with my computer or is this the default setting of the brush ?

I hope not to cause any inconvenience :face_holding_back_tears:

Thank you so much!! That makes me very happy to hear! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::heart:

Hmm, that’s odd, at first I thought it could be that you were using a mouse or something, but when I tried it myself I noticed the brush acted weird for me as well! It’s not how it’s supposed to be. I am unsure about what happened to the brush. Are you using Krita 5.2 as well, maybe that update broke the brush?

Thanks for telling me about it, it’s very useful for me, I had no idea that it didn’t work anymore! I will look into it.

It seems like the Masked Brush’s Opacity’s Strength slider does not work on 5.2.0, causing this bug.

That’s useful to know, thank you! Glad to hear that it’s a known bug

I’m glad to know it’s a bug because I thought I had already broken it HAHA :face_holding_back_tears: :face_holding_back_tears: :face_holding_back_tears:

I didn’t know about it either until I investigated that brush just then, but now that I check the bug reports, it has been reported, just two days ago: Bug 475591 – There's some malfunctions in 'Opacity' option for masked brush

Is it likely to happen that the bug will be fixed in a couple of days? :frowning:

You’re asking the wrong person this question. Rakurri makes brushes, not code…
