It took me a long time to try to copy the original style while keeping all the defects, the goal being to try to have a bank note as close as a real bank note 
Unfortunately, image size is drastically reduced when published here… (Original document on my is 7400x3224 pixels) 
That’s why I post some zoom part at 1:1 scale, to let possibility to appreciate details

Maybe not. They could use a high exchange rate to keep hungry tourists away and avoid getting eaten.
If a tourist is wealthy enough to come anyway, the unfortunate bulians’ sacrifice will be worth it.
