SHIFT for painting straight lines WHILE drawing

When you press SHIFT before you start the brush stroke, it should be as it is now - basically switching to the Line tool.

By default, press the v before starting the brush strokes switch automatically to line tool

And currently by default, pressing SHIFT key before starting brush stroke trigger the “change brush size” mode

Invocation during a brush stroke, not sure if something has been implemented.

Straight line tool and Shift snapping

Right now the way to snap the straight lines to specific angles is to press V, start drawing the line, and before ending the stroke pressing down Shift. Could it be changed so that just pressing Shift and V together in any order would make it snap to specific degrees?
