First off: fantastic! I love the shapes, the brushwork, the contrast. I’ve messed with the Memileo brushes a little, but haven’t been able to come anywhere near this level of awesome.
I have kind of a specific, mundane question for you: how did you approach the canvas background texture for this painting? I’ve struggled a bit with that in Krita (and actually started a thread about it a while ago).
Yours looks natural, not overwhelming at all. I also notice that it’s not uniform over the whole image. Just curious about your thoughts and process. (I’ve noticed a similar thing in many of your other images, as well.)
