Turning the page and zooming

Hey! I’ve been using Krita for about two months now and I’ve always been able to zoom in and out and rotate my page with my fingers (I have a touch computer). For some weird reason, this feature has stopped working and I absolutely can not get it back. I tried restoring old settings, ticking new ones, and even deleting and redownloading the app. Nothing has worked. Help? :grimacing:

Which version of Krita you are using? Have you tried the new beta - Second Beta released for 4.4 (Help needed in Testing from Artists)

Go to Help menu > About Krita. It will open a wubswindow something like shown below.
You can see the version on the image there under the Krita logo.

Try the new checking if the touch painting and touch rotation are disabled in the menu shown below

Also I don’t think Krita got updated so it must be something else interfering with touch. Also try to download and install the latest beta.

Both are selected. How do I download the beta? Thanks again😅

It is listed in the announcement link I shared.
To make it easier here is the link - 64 bits Windows Installer: krita-x64-4.4.0-beta2-setup.exe

However be warned that this is a beta do not use it in production. It is quiet stable but still use it with caution. Use it just to test if the problem has been fixed.

Meanwhile let us wait for others to reply if they know any other way to diagnose your problem.
