This is an answer that can’t be given, because one’s most beloved clouds brush must not fit you, it is therefore the old question where you can get 1000 different answers and each is correct.
But okay, I guess it would be a good start to take a look at these brushes and bundles:
Here I have a wide selection of “cloud brushes” for you, this compilation originally created by Paolo Puggioni for Krita 4, in the form of two ABR-based bundles, now has all the brushes combined with their associated brush tips in a single bundle for Krita 5.x (and hopefully later).
I didn’t change the original brush settings, I just extracted the presets from the original bundles and brush tips from the ABR’s and assigned them to the individual presets before combining everything into one bund…
