Will there be a new brushpack for Krita 5.0?
There will be a few new brushes, see here: ex-Mypaint or Mypaint users: what Mypaint brushes would you like part of Krita default?
But in general, I don’t think it will such a big turnover like with Krita 4 because @RamonM was adding new brushes to Krita all the time recently 
In last two years there were new watercolor brushes, new RGBA brushes, new special airbrushes, new graphite brushes, new impressionism brushes… there will be those MyPaint brushes… I don’t think even more brushes are even needed. I think nearly all new features in brush engines are covered (I think Airbrush option might be an exception - the Krita’s default Airbrush doesn’t use the Airbrush option, I think… 
), the Krita 4 bundle is not looking outdated as it was with Krita 3.

Not a completely new pack. I discussed that with David Revoy, who made the current brush pack, and apart from curating the mypaint brush presets, there really is no need.
