Which version number of krita are you using?
Has this happened after some ‘significant event’ such as updating your version of krita, a Windows update, adding some new peripheral to your computer, etc?
How exactly do you ‘zoom in manually’?
Does zooming work if you press and hold Ctrl+Spacebar and move your stylus vertically up and down on the tablet?
