Can I export an animation as a video with transparency in Krita?

Hi, cannot find any information on this so asking here. I animated some leaves in Krita with a transparent background. I want to export the animated leaves from Krita as a video (not separate .pngs) to use in Blender. Q. What file format can I use since MPEG-4 doesn’t seem to allow alpha transparency?
