Hello, I recently migrated from ibispaint to krita and I wanted to try emulating a specific ballpoint pen brush I always use in ibis paint but I’ve been having some trouble with figuring out the brush customization, I’ve provided some “examples” and the qr code if anyone wants to try it. If anyone can help with the settings/patterns/textures that’d be great! Note that it doesn’t HAVE to be a one-on-one copy, just something that feels and looks similar. Thank you!

Thank you! Two bundles come to mind:
- Aurelia’s Lineart (comic?) bundle - Has a couple to try out.
- Cheap Ballpoint pen Brush - using “normal” blending mode, rather then overlay
There are actually tonnes to try out in the resources section, and I don’t know all of them! feel free to scroll through and see what looks good.
If none of the above hits the mark I can probably just make that for ya when I have the time, since you’ve helpfully provided the settings. lovely art by the way and good luck:D

I did what I could to replicate the look in the line art. I feel my third attempt came closest to looking like the line drawings you did (Ballpoint Pen 3). You can download a bundle of the three attempts I made here:

Tysm @Someonesane and @Draneria for the help <3 Ballpoint 2 feels similar to the one I’m looking for and they all work really well! I doodled some stuff as a test run and here are some of my favorites.
