How to change the color in your workspace (the blue one/orange)

I want to customize my workspace and want to change the blue color. I was looking for some tutorials but did not find any yet i saw some people having a different color for this.

I am not talking about general color, or how to choose a different color with the color wheel.

I mean this blue color u see wat the opacity and size for example.

Or which tool is chosen at the moment.

You need to make a custom theme. As an example see this topic:
