This is Krita Artists logo made out of WZ cake (wuzetka ), which is a type of chocolate cake popular in Poland. Mmm… I just love these cakes! Sooo good! 
The total painting time was about 6 hours, after some final touches. This post has some technical details regarding the brushes used.
