Do we only post new work that we do for this challenge only, or is it okay to post old works related to the topic?

Found in the rules:

Please do not post your submissions in any other category on Krita-Artists until voting has closed and the winner is declared.

So you can post old work, but only if you haven’t posted it on the forum

I see; this is not what I had understood from this sentence at first glance, but it makes sense. Thank you.

@Katamaheen do you have an idea yet? Because I have one for you if you allow me: a film poster parody of the first Harry Potter movie where all the characters would be anthropomorphised flowers, which is totally your thing if I believe your avatar! :sunflower::wink:
It would be called Happy Flower and the Photosynthesiser’s Stone (and in French: Happy Flower à l’école des Rosiers)
I imagine it would be amazingly funny in your cute cartoony style. What do you think?

Aww, thanks for the idea! Even if Harry Potter wasn’t my thing, I can’t say I don’t want to give it a try! The hardest part will be deciding who will be what…

You’re welcome! I don’t know the flowers well enough to help with the characterisation but I’m eager to see what you can do with it!

I’m kinda liking where this going. Started as random squiggling. I have been watching Ian Roberts’ composition talks. Let’s see if some of his wisdom is seeping into my skull. haha

As I have mentioned before, I am easily confused. I find it easy to post into the wrong category. I would like to submit a garden scene to the February art challenge.

How do I select the right tags?
Thanks in advance.
