I can’t open my default brushes. It keeps saying that I have no preset brush available. I have searched on the Internet and tried to download more resources but still :(. Ofc I activated the bundle too. I don’t know what to do now

I had to move your topic out of the Brushes and Bundles resources category, because that is, if you had read the categories escription you would new it, only for posting resources for other users to download, therefore I moved it into our support area.
Additionally I changed your headline, because it is not conform with our rules, rules you granted to obey with confirming your registration to the forum. A headline has to describe your issue, if possible with only a few words.
Now to your issue:
You forgot to name your OS and its version, put it in your answer.
The same is true for your version of Krita, which version of Krita do you use?
From where have you got your version of Krita?
Can you please try the tips I gave another user in this topic, and please report back if there is something you don’t understand or if you are stuck. In either case, please describe your issue in a way that someone who doesn’t see what you see and doesn’t know about your issue what you know in a way that we can understand. A sentence like "I’ve tried everything only says you have done many things and are stuck somewhere, we need to know what exactly you did and where you are stuck.

Thank you so much sir! I’m not good at English, so sorry for this inconvenient. I checked the app again this morning, it worked. I downloaded it from https://krita.org/en/ and using 5.3.3 version. I think yesterday it wasn’t fully loaded so I got stuck. But it’s okay now! Thank you again!
That usually happens if Krita cannot find the resource folder or something went wrong during the installation. I would first try Settings > Manage Resources and see if the default bundles are listed. If not, reinstalling Krita or resetting the resource folder may bring the default brushes back. Hope you get it working soon!

@jadewilder56 It seems you have a lot to learn about Krita, because your assumptions are wrong.
Reinstalling Krita does nothing than exchanging a working installation with a working installation. The reason behind that is that an installation only exchanges the files in Krita’s installation folder, the resources folder and the settings files are left completely untouched. After a first installation of Krita, before starting it the first time, you will not find anything in Krita’s resource folder %APPDATA%\krita\ nor will you find the settings files in %LOCALAPPDATA% because they only will be created with the first start, but if you reinstall Krita, Krita will not overwrite the existing resources nor the existing settings files. Ergo > nothing will be changed or exchanged through a reinstallation of Krita which means it is in the absolute 100% same state as it was before the reinstallation.
This reinstallation thing is a Windows thing which may work for most pure Windows programs, but Krita stems out of the world of Linux and, put simply, uses Linux structures under the hood.
And because of the issue described by @Senlina:
Currently there is something “wrong” with Krita from which at least I not know by now what exactly that is and we have many users reporting exactly that issue. The problem is that both solution suggestions I gave in the posting I linked above worked for me and also for a few users, but unfortunately not for all users - and that makes it a mystery (but with some I suspect they simply were unable to follow my advice because of a lack of technical expertise when it comes to solve an issue with their PC or in other words because they weren’t tech-savyy (but there I may be completely wrong)).
One of our developers, @tiar, is already looking into what the problem might be and how to fix it, but so far it seems the solution hasn’t been found yet - at least I haven’t heard anything about it, though that could also be because I’m currently unable to keep up with the forum as I’m sick.
