You didn’t need to post that video twice, and I also understood very well what you are after, unfortunately I couldn’t offer you more than a may be workaround.
But if you had done what you are asked to do by our rules, then you already knew why Krita does not have it already, and that there are at least two open feature requests on it, as well as several discussions on this topic. And the bummer for you can be found via my last sentence below. ↓

As anyone can see, on behalf of the first feature request for this feature dating back to the 22nd August 2021 and the second from 12th July 2023, to which you now added at least the fourth, since at minimum one of the feature requests on this topic from the 4th November 2022 was merged into one of the two that were open before you added again a third open request to them …
Additionally, I can imagine that you may be interested on the course of this discussion about animating in vector layers that began in October 2020, and here especially these thre postings by Krita’s Maintainer and Lead Developer (or the last word in the house of Krita

whose context you’ll find in said topic, since it clearly reveals, in my eyes, why Krita does not have it so far and probably won’t see it, even in the far future, but I may be wrong with my assumption.
