It was the default before, but changed in newer version (maybe 5.1.3?) for “one finger pan canvas”, since many drawing app for touch device use “one finger pan”, which is easier for most user.
Wrote a small tip for “three finger color sampler” back then just because I want one finger pan canvas but also want gesture to sample colors.
Edit: another feedback which possibly the reason of changing the default function for “one finger drag”
