Close Krita.
Use a file management app like Total Commander to move the .bundle file directly into org.krita/files (don’t put it into the brushes folder).
Restart Krita and the brushes will be ready to use.
What I did on my Samsung S7 tablet was to download the .bundle file to the directory of my choice on my SD card then I ran Krita and went into the “Settings” then “Manage resources” and chose the bundle.
So it seems i can download other bundles but this one with the Kra. extension doesnt work at all and the bundles seem to show up in the resources manager menu but then has nothing in them… which is very weird!
Thanks for your response! I’ve tried Total commander but Krita doesnt seem to show up as a option for me to move the files into… very odd. Will have a look to see if there’s something I’m missing…
All your Krita files are here:

On second thought, you’re on a Samsung which is known for doing things a little differently in the file management area. Let us know if the Krita files are kept in a different location on your device.
I tested these extensively and they’re lovely. They feel creamy and blend to create very interesting effects. I’d really love to have more with different tip shapes, bristles etc.
I hope you get to finish the project. I had no idea Krita could do THIS.
@Zambunny Oh my gosh, you should repost these beautiful bunnies in a separate thread under Artwork:Finished Artwork. This needs to be nominated for the featured gallery.
I would not have guess the bunnies was painted with the rotating light brushtips, but neither would I have guessed it was made in Krita. These brushes can produce results that would otherwise be difficult to achieve. Lovely painting
Actually, these brushes use the color smudge engine and that family of brushes have such tendency. I’ll give it another try but there seems to be some other witchcraft behind it
I used @SirPigeonz 's Wet Alpha blending mode. Another project I hope to see finished some day.
Also I blocked in shapes with large brush sizes then went smaller and smaller as I began to work on the details. The light direction and texture tend to disappear when working with smaller brush sizes and not applying much pressure like I tend to do when painting on a graphic tablet. Perhaps I could try modifying the pressure curve so that a lot of texture appears even when not pressing the pen much, but in that case I guess they wouldn’t blend the way I wante them to?
By the way, these brushes are really fun. I think they would be perfect for attempting some paintings “alla prima” style.
